about Me

Hi!  I'm Brian: Your Guide to
Ancestral Living in the Modern World

Hi, I’m Brian, the founder of Tribal Life Nutrition. For the past 8 years I’ve been coaching men and women who were tired of feeling stuck with low energy, stubborn weight, or blood sugar issues. My goal is simple - to help you feel strong, healthy, and confident again without relying on medications or endless fad diets.

I make nutrition easy to understand by looking back at how our Tribal ancestors lived and ate, then applying those principles in a way that works in today’s world. When you follow these simple, natural strategies, you give your body what it truly needs to thrive.

My passion for health started in my twenties, after watching my mom and so many others in my community struggle with heart disease. Since then, I’ve spent years studying health and nutrition so I can give you clear, practical guidance that actually makes a difference.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me walking my American Bully, hitting the gym, or watching a good documentary.

My approach

Ancient Solutions for Modern Health

Chronic disease is, by and large, a uniquely modern problem. While our ancestors absolutely experienced disease, the problems we know now as "diseases of civilization" - conditions like obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease - simply didn't exist in hunter-gatherer populations. Their nomadic and physically active lifestyles and the complete absence of processed foods were critical protective factors.

Over time, though, as societies shifted to sedentary agricultural communities... the disease profile changed dramatically.  Humans became more reliant on high-starch grain-based diets, living in more densely populated areas, and moving in very different ways to meet the physical demands of farming.

Tribal Life Nutrition focuses on a return to nourishing the body with natural whole foods, following the timeless wisdom of our ancestors, and learning again to live - and move - in harmony with nature the way our ancestors did thousands of years ago.
